Get your whole team agreed on how to use AI. In one session.
Your people are already using AI, and some of them are worried about it.
This workshop gives charities and purpose-led organisations a shared, honest view: what AI costs the planet and your budget, where it really helps, and how you will use it responsibly.

Some of our session partners
AI is already in your organisation. Nobody has agreed how to use it.
AI saves time and money. It also has a real cost to people and the planet. Sorting that out usually lands on your desk.
Some of your team use AI daily. Others refuse to.
With no shared view, use is inconsistent and nobody is sure what is allowed.
You care about your footprint, but you can't see AI's.
The energy, carbon and water costs are hidden, so you can't tell what a responsible choice looks like.
There is no AI policy, or one nobody reads.
People decide for themselves which tools to use and what data goes in. Risk builds quietly.
Trustees, funders, supporters and service users are starting to ask.
You need an answer about your AI use that you are comfortable giving in public.
"It gave us plenty of food for thought about how we use AI, its wider environmental impact, and the choices we can make to use it more responsibly."

What the session is built to change
Before
- AI is used, but nobody talks about it openly
- Worries about environmental impact go unanswered
- No shared rules on tools or data

- Paying for tools you may not need
After
- An open, honest conversation across the whole team
- A clear picture of AI's footprint and how to shrink it
- Agreed principles to build your AI policy on
- A way to explain your approach to the people you answer to
- Habits that cut wasted use, and wasted spend
1 hour or 2.5 hoursOnline or in person
Practical, plain English, no hype in either direction

We shape the session
For the workshop, the content is tailored to your organisation, tools and stakeholders.
We run it
Online or in person. What you do next is up to you. There is no obligation to go further.
More efficient AI pays off three ways.
Using AI more sustainably mostly means using it more deliberately. That cuts waste, and cutting waste helps all three.
Planet
Less energy, carbon and water from the AI your team uses.
People
Clear, fair rules your staff, supporters and service users can trust.
Price
Fewer overlapping tools, simpler tools for simple tasks and less wasted use, so more of your budget goes to your mission.
For example: three teams each paying for a different AI tool that does the same job. One agreed tool means one bill, one set of rules and less wasted use.
What people say afterwards
"It's packed with insights and practical advice about how we can use AI more consciously and reduce our digital footprints. Highly recommend!"
"Marcus is great - insightful and knowledgeable. He manages to explain things in a simple way without being patronising."
"Marcus tailored an outstanding presentation for the art conservation community, showing both a breadth of knowledge of tech and an understanding of the potential uses of AI specific to the field. Generous with his time and expertise, he was a true pleasure to work with!"

Questions
Who is it for?
Any organisation whose people are using AI, or thinking about it. Most sessions so far have been for charities and purpose-led organisations. No technical knowledge is needed.
Is this an anti-AI session?
No. It is about using AI deliberately: where it adds real value, and in the lowest-impact way you reasonably can.
Who should be in the room?
As many of your team as you can, including you. The session works best when the people who use AI every day and the people with concerns about it are both there. Trustees are welcome too.
Do we need any technical knowledge?
No. The session is in plain English and is designed for whole teams, not just the people who look after your technology.
We're not a charity. Can we still book?
Yes. The session works for any organisation that wants to use AI responsibly, including businesses, networks and membership bodies.
What does it cost?
The talk is £300, or £250 for charities and non-profits. The workshop is £600, or £500 for charities and non-profits. These are 2026 rates for online sessions, with no VAT to add. In-person delivery is priced separately.
Is it online or in person?
Sessions run online as standard. In-person delivery is available and priced separately.
Talk or workshop?
The one-hour talk is a strong introduction for a large or mixed group. The 2.5-hour workshop is built around your organisation and is the better choice if you want the groundwork for an AI policy.
What happens afterwards?
That is up to you. If you want to go further, we can help turn the outcomes into an AI policy, a strategy and team training.
Ready to get your team agreed on AI?
Request a date for the talk or the workshop. Nothing to pay until it is confirmed.
